okay, so wala lang. alot of people as me the same question when they see me after a long time. "uy mara, panu ka pumayat?". compliment!ü seeing me weighing over a 180 pounds before makes them wonder where the weight had gone. so yeh,
DIET? malamang nag diet ako!ü water theraphy? tried that too. ( hinde nga lang nag work. Hhaha).
EXERCISE? once in a blue moonü hehe. i was talking to one of my kabarkadas kanina, we were like ranting about us, that we want to be super slim. (especially for the prom). i got inspired and decided to write my so-called "diet tips". i dont know if it would work for you, hopefully it would. kasi sakin nag work eh.ü
1. EAT REGULARLY
-- yeah, dont, as in
DONT skip meals. bad un!ü once you skip a meal kasi, your metabolism will slow down and your stomach will produce acids (kaya may ULCER). so when you eat again (malamang madami kasi you didnt eat pa), mabagal mag buburn ung food. see.ü
2. eat 4-5 times a day
-- yep! hehe. i got suprised when i heard this from my dad before. i was like "ANU? BAKIT AKO KAKAIN NG GANYAN KA DAMI?". then he told me, to eat 4-5 times in small servings. like eat whenever you want to. eat an apple, then after a few hours eat again. eat skyflakes.!ü parang ganun. dont starve yourself saying na tataba ka if you eat! NOOOO!! ü
3. EAT EVERYTHING
-- hehe. u got that right. eat everything!
PERO, small amounts lang. hehe, for example, in parties , instead of getting 2 pieces of chicken, just get a piece. dont deprive yourself of food you want to eat. it wouldnt hurt if you eat it, just eat in right servings.
4. EAT HEALTHY
-- avoid greasy/oily food. food w/ too much salt, kasi stay in your body and store as
FAT. napupunta sa mga tummies, sa arms, sa legs. EVERYWHERE!! ü
*kay ung mga people na mahilig sa chips, and fried food madaling tumaba. ü*
5. EXERCISE REGULARLY
-- dieting would be useless w/o exercise. you dont have to go to the gym fot this. jog ka lang for 30-45 mins everyday. or brisk walking around the park. just to sweat alittle. i would not only make you look better, but its also good for your health. reduces heart attacks. HAHAü this is best done with a friend w/you. para you wouldnt get bored while walking. hinde nmn hassle un eh! ü
6. KNOW YOUR LIMITS.
-- an average teen like me (girl) should have a limit of 2000-2500 calories per day. you lang dapat. excess of it would store as fat kasi hinde siya ma buburn. 500 calories per meal para na buburn agad.i was in the clinic once and i saw this scale. sabi dun, para sa isang babaeng katulad ko na ung height 5'5 my average weight would have to be between 112-125. least than that i would be underweight and more i would be overweight *malamang*. HAHA! ü
7. BE HAPPY
-- be happy w/ what you're doing. it'll be useless, if you're not happy. you'll tend to lose interest, and go back to you regular lifestyle.ü ehehheü DBA?
